  Cornelius "Atlantis" Harris lets fans have it as UR's Interstellar Fugitives rock the Bloc Party recently in Hemsby, England. DJ Skurge did a mind boggling live mix of Final Frontier which left even the band speechless!! UR then rolled heavy into Detroit like Liverpool and released another night of Sonic Destruction. Kudos to Mr. Harris as he's an unstoppable force. Not only booking the gigs, road managing the band and then having to do the lead vocals!! damn!!!!!!!
  
  
  
  
• Also recently we've recieved a rash of "Jaguar" bootleg sightings! but this time we are happy to report.......................Its all good. Sebastian Leger who has done a "legal cover" version of Jaguar not only called for permission but faced the scrutiny of the UR high command. We applaud his honesty and wish him well. SOLD OUT!! Recently we have re-released the UR-025 doublepak. It has the original "Ron Murphy NSC" mastering on it. Due to worn out plates at the plant i needed to re-master it but never got the chance because Ron made his transition. So after trying a "Pro Tools" type thing to hopefully improve the sound of this record. I decided to go w/the Murphy original. Not only did it sound better for reasons unknown to me i also realized just how much work Ron had done by hand to make our shitbox 8 track studio sound like something .It was the effort on both sides that made the record special. Us not knowing nothing but still crazy enough to not give a fuck and Ron determined to capture that spirit on wax! No its not perfect but neither were the first ones!! they are raw just like Ron & the city they come from. I apologize dearly to the unknown soldier and his wife who kindly gave so much of their precious time in the attempt to re-do those masters. Fortunately one more set of the original stampers was found. Be advised this will definitely be the last pressing with the original "Murphy" sound and record etchings!! And the same holds true for the SOLD OUT!!! UR-029 double pak which has a 30 sec noise problem about 1:10 sec in on side A!!! Sorry but these records cannot be duplicated..........they will be rare. The next pressings if and when that ever happens will not have the etchings or the Eq's of the master Ron Murphy.

After signing many of the most popular Detroit "Live" acts such as Juan Atkins & Model 500, Monica Blaire, UR's Interstellar Fugitives & Universe 2 Universe, Shawn Rudiman, Dj Skurge, Dj Dex and many others these acts have been for the first time CONSISTENTLY touring as well as working on music!! Damn DJ Dex just played in CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!Yes Cornelius is a stickler about the balance between touring which in todays digital age is a must and consistent music output. Having booking and management "That Cares" as Harris says is mandatory. It has been a known fact by real fans over the years that many european booking agencies have strung so many Detroit artists out on the drug called "Touring" that many should attend the annual "Pimps & Hoes" Convention in Las Vegas. Can i get a Amen??? Keep up the goodwork Cornelius. And guess what peoples?? This guy will book artists in extremely small clubs (50 people or less) and still does believe in PROMOTIONAL GIGS FOR FREE!!! and riding COACH/ECONOMY CLASS can you believe dat shit??
