United States Postal Service DisclaimerThank you for your order. Please be aware that although the United States Postal Service is sometimes a less expensive method of shipping, we have experienced some problems with shipments (lost, damaged, etc.).The United States Priority Mail International service does not guarantee delivery time nor does it provide tracking. USPS Express Mail International does provide tracking. The approximate delivery times are:
Please keep in mind that these quotes are NOT guaranteed. If you choose the United States Postal Service as your method of shipping, Submerge will NOT refund, reimburse or resend packages that are lost or damaged. Submerge WILL reimburse the cost of the merchandise ONLY after the proper claim procedures have been filed and completed. This procedure will only commence 30 days after shipment and notification by customer. You assume FULL responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. We suggest United Parcel Service (UPS) when at all possible for domestic shipments. For international shipments, we suggest United States Postal Service Express Mail International. Both of these methods of shipping are trackable.
